Description
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all construction and interior projects.
Develop accurate cost estimates from drawings and site measurements.
Monitor project budgets and track cost performance.
Work closely with Project Managers to control costs on-site.
Support procurement by sourcing, comparing, and negotiating with vendors.
Prepare variation costings and assess change orders.
Conduct market surveys to maintain updated material and labour rates.
Provide cost advice during the design stage to ensure buildability within budget.
Assist in contract documentation and financial reporting.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience.
A minimum of a degree in a related field.
