Nobody can humiliate you without your permission.
Read that again.
People may throw insults.
They may raise their voices.
They may try to provoke you.
But their words only land if you pick them up.
If you refuse to carry their anger,
it stays with them.
The strongest people are not the loudest.
They are the ones who stay calm while others lose control.
Because humiliation is not something people give you.
It’s something you accept.
And you always have the choice to say:
"Not today."
