Earlier today, my comrades and I appeared in Otu Jeremi High Court 1 for the hearing of the case involving the HIV infected father who allegedly defiled his daughter and also attempted penetrating his son's anus.

The lawyer to the defendant informed the court that the said defendant on the issue in contention became very ill after not taking his drugs, he was rushed to Central Hospital Warri by officials of the Correctional Centre where he later díęd same day.

The sitting Jugde has demanded evidence from the Prisons authority to authenticate the demise of the defendant. This constitutes a legal process as the law works with facts, not hearsay. While we await the proof of dęąth from the Stata counsel, the case was adjourned to the 20th day of October.

I hope a lot of people learn from this and understand that it is cheaper to be free than commit unpardonable crimes and begging for forgiveness.
