The Ndoki people are Igbo, not Ijaw. Forget about the revisionist history that was promoted during the creation of Rivers State by Alagoa in an attempt to annex the coastal Igbo people of Bonny, Okrika, Opobo, Bonny, Ndoki. The truth remains that the Ndoki, Ngwa, and Aro were in fact the ancestors of many of the people you now claim as Ijaw in Rivers State, whom you say migrated from Bayelsa.
You cannot claim that the Ndoki are Ijaw when they do not speak any Ijaw dialects, do not practice Ijaw culture, and do not bear Ijaw names. Instead, they speak Igbo, live by Igbo customs, and carry Igbo names. On the contrary, we can clearly find Igbo-speaking communities with authentic Igbo ancestral names in areas you now claim as Ijaw territory. Even though many of those names have been altered into Ijaw versions to suit a revisionist history, the truth cannot be hidden. Just as you cannot cover the moon, you cannot erase the fact that the Igbo founded many of the places you now call Ijaw today.
Unfortunately, those Ijaw revisionist historians telling you that Ndoki is Ijaw, not Igbo started publishing their books in 1964.
I remain Dima Ojimba, a proud Igbo from Okrika.
