Tragedy as 14-year- old daughter reportedly passes away after an enlargement surgery performed by her mother’s boyfriend.
A recent report from TMZ revealed that the victim, reportedly identified as Paloma Nicole Arellano, passed away on September 20, 2025.
TMZ reports that the enlargement surgery was carried out at a private clinic in Durango, according to reports from Durango’s El Siglo.
According to the outlet, Paloma’s father, Carlos Arellano, was informed by his ex-wife that their daughter had been hospitalized in Durango and had passed away due to complications from COVID-19.
According to reports, Paloma’s father became suspicious about her demise after family members who attended her funeral mentioned that her chest appeared enhanced.
Upon confronting his ex-wife, she seemed oblivious. However, while paying his last respects to his daughter, he discovered she had breast implants and scars.
Investigation into Paloma Nicole Arellano’s Death
According to El Siglo, the Durango prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into Paloma’s death.
Meanwhile, a man identified as Victor Manuel, currently dating Paloma’s mother, has been suspended by the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
TMZ reports that Paloma’s surgery resulted in cardiorespiratory arrest and severe breast swelling.
According to an unverified report, Victor Manuel was the surgeon who performed the surgery, while Paloma’s autopsy results are still pending.
